#1. Ranch Riding & Horse Care Lesson/Class w/ up to 1-hr. Trail Ride: includes a lesson in catching, leading, tacking, grooming, & horse care with a mini-lesson in the arena in ranch trail riding and then a guided trail ride on one of our horses for 1-hour. Limit of 2 students on trail ride at a time. Class limit of 10 people. Total time needed for this service is 3-4 hours so pack a drink and snacks.
Group Ranch Riding & Horse Care Classes: The rider limit per class is 2 people per booked class. Which means if you are booking for more than 2 people the others will need to book at a different time or hang out at the picnic table in the barn, hike the trails, or ride with the Lead Wrangler David Orr giving the tour of the farm and trails on the John Deere Gator until the riders get back from each 15-min. ride. or 30-min. ride depending on how many are in the group riding. If there are 4-6 riders in a group the rides will be $50 per person for the lesson and $30 per rider for 30 mins. of trail riding in groups of 2 and if there are 8+ riders the rides will be 15 mins. per 2 riders and in groups of 2 so that way we have plenty of time to give all riders a ride and it will be $50 per person for the lesson and $15 per rider for 15 mins. of trail riding.
#2. Beginner/Ranch Rookie/Pleasure Trail Ride/ 1-hr. Trail Ride: includes a mini-lesson in the arena in basic ranch riding and then a guided trail ride on one of our horses for 1-hour. Total time for this service is 2-3 hours so pack a drink and snacks.
#3. Intermediate/Wrangler Trail Ride/up to 3-hr. Trail Ride: includes a mini-lesson in the arena to cover the cues we use for our horses and then a guided trail ride on one of our horses for up to 3 hours of riding. You are allowed to walk, jog, trot, and lope with your guide leading the transitions. Total time for this service is 4-5 hours so pack a drink and snacks.
Group Trail Rides: The rider limit per ride is 2 people per booked ride.
